I will just chime in here to say I am not comfortable with this idea. The questions are going to be very predictable and so are the answers. Eitherway, I can't stop a train.
Good idea to make this open so some common artists can get themselves in the picture and maybe can answer some questions from a complete different view. because lets face it were not all professional artists that can dedicate all their time to making workshop items.
The problem only is that don't expect some really good and deep going questions. Like mentioned before it will go about money, why some artists didn't made any sets or items for certain heroes that are still not added to the workshop. Why you don't do this or that....
If this is going to be serious I might want to join it, just because I might be able to answer questions as a hobby artist (modder) instead of a proffesional artist, or educated artist point of view.
Gonna set up a few banned Questions like "how much money youse maker?" mostly because due to the new agreement you can't say anything about any kind of sale data.
Also a good idea is to get your copy pasta links to typical questions like "GIFF TUTORIALS" So when they as it we can submit them. (you know people never read OP's)
Post any new suggestions for banned questions here or copy pasta questions.
"Why haven't you created any cosmetic items for X Hero?"
Heroes that are available for cosmetic items are listed here. If there hero isn't in this list it isn't in the importer tool in game and can't be uploaded to the workshop.

Ugh, yeah definitely agree with Hopgood on including that as banned question. i always see people that ask why no one has made a set for Clockwerk/timbersaw/tiny
Omg please read contracts when in regards to your work and being paid for it. I can't stress this enough. Read and re-read dat shit. So many times I have read employment or freelance contracts with doozy one line clauses to really fuck you in the butt.
hahaah oh yeh defiantly. I'm not that daft! I do do this, even with the steam agreements. Honestly I just don't remember that point. o____o Probably didn't stick in my memory as I don't tend to talk about monetary stuff in public usually with any situation.
Though probably uncommon, I anticipate questions on upgrading older sets or single items, because of Bisho Bola's WK replacement and even further back, Jugg's Mask of Death. Some forumers already noted that Vlad has a bunch of upgrades to older items and would love to see them in. Oh and the improved Na'Vi Weaselcrow in Workshop, too.
Considering we were only given 48 hours to complete it from start to finish, I was pretty proud of it, especially considering I was also finishing up college at the time, during a finals week. Thankfully more time was given to make it better, just took way to long to find that time.
A typical AMA is only one person getting asked questions and answering them.
This is going to be a thread of people asking questions and dozens of people replying with differing opinions. I don't think it's going to serve the same purpose as an AMA or work very well, but who knows until we try.
I'm on my phone at the moment otherwise I would link some but if you're confused as to what the process is just look up some AMAs on Reddit. A lot of questions go unanswered but hopefully with more people tha usual we can cover a whole lot!

^This!
I'm sure we'll get a wide variety of questions, from direct ones to specific artist, to one's about specific cosemtics, to ones that are more general that anyone can answer. Should be a good time all around!

Can I get everyone who can, to edit their part int he document where their user name is? I need you to put the exact same name as your reddit username please plus link your /u/redditname too.
Example of the new name format: **[YOUR REDDIT USERNAME](/u/redditname)**
Its not that important but it does help people identify you.
Also I may have to remove additional links that people have added to their information if the formatting when I make the post is too messy. Sorry in advance.
Im also thinking I should sort alphabetically.. but people can use CTRL+F
But I won't be the first one anymore!
Just kidding, sorting it alphabetically would probably make it easier for everyone, but may be a bit of work with sooo many people! I'm actually impressed that we have so many artists participating, and it's awesome!
Anyway, I edited my name to have a link, and the start time sounds great.
OKies I sent off a message to WYK the mod on /r/rDotA2 to see if he can go about posting it for more exposure, plus give all the artists who are going to participate in the AmA their own custom flare to be easily spotted!
So make sure you fill our your /u/usernames in the doc!
Damn. I looked into the doc and still some people are missing. DonDon, Vlad, Yi.. maybe they didn't saw this thread on polycount. It could be worthy to send theme some messages

I can see that question coming up a bit.
Where can I find this new agreement?
Should be up here, there was an update to it not long ago.
The new agreement is short, I'd suggest reading it through thoroughly. But its at the end.
Also good call on the "why has X hero not got love" questions!
horrr i never knew. should probably not be all: ACCEPT ACCEPT YES YES I AGREE NEXT NEXT CLICK CLICK CLICK

People write questions and whoever wants answer?
same question here

My cotton(spidey) sense is tingling... it's gonna be a polycount flair!
