Hey Guys, I'm going to be trying my hand at an environment inspired by concept art by Eric Gannon. I love his style and his works is just awesome. Hopefully I can create something even half as nice as his concept.
Coming up is an asset breakdown and apologizes for the spelling. I can see I have already made one big mistake!

This picture shows the props that need creating in order of importance.
My first step will be to create a base geometry scene in 3ds max.
The next step for me will be doing some of the base texture like the floor and walls. What way would you guys normally go about approaching those? Would you create a high poly of the tiles to bake to a texture?
