Yo guys, I just started playing around in zbrush and I'm having a tough time coming to grips with the camera navigation since there doesn't seem to be any easy way to just snap the camera to the default Front/Side/back views etc. I end up with my sculpt turned totally upside down with no way easy way to set the camera back to the front view. My google fu seems to be failing me too.
Any easy way?

You can assign a hotkey to something by holding Ctrl + Alt and left-clicking on any button. (You will get a tool tip at the top of the window) Be sure to store and save your new hotkey assignments under Preferences > Hotkeys.
As for a quick way of switching your viewport camera, there are Reference View buttons under Texture > Imabe Plane > Reference Views. Front, Back, Top, and Btm are already presets, and there are some custom view buttons you can use in conjunction with Store View in order to return to a specific camera angle.
I brought these buttons out into my custom UI so I can quickly access them.
