Hey Guys!
I am really bad about posting on Polycount, but here I go trying to fulfil a new years resolution and post my work online more.
First finished thing of the year:
WoW Gnome Fan Art - t2 Warrior Armor!
Expect more of these to come soon as I need to practice my texture painting a LOT!

Another quick update on the texture
I'm not a fan of the gnome fan art, not because of the armor (because that looks good ) but because of the facial features. Like the ear almost and jaw alignment. Never played Wow, so don`t know if that`s the same there.
Anyway Your highpolysculpt looks great! But you lost somewhat in your low poly. But I`m glad you start to retrieve some of that awesome information back with your second texture-update. I hope this will hapen also in the face, because I love his expression there.
btw will you be adding more meshes to your lowpoly? like the knife and shoulderpad-ornament?
First armor set sculpt (approved design) that I have for the Skywind mod.
Another update!
Is there a female and beast race configuration set coming?
Wanted a shot that showed off the diffuse map a bit nicer
Has the team considered doing a gold trimmed alt version? The sets from the older games had a black/gold color scheme.
Clannfear model for Skywind. Sculpt and initial polypaint by Ravanna, my art director. Retop, UV, and shaders done by me.
Making videos about hand painting in 3D Coat
Thanks
That is awesome man! I look forward to seeing some great paints in the future! I am posting a "3D coat painting basics" video tomorrow so please stay tuned for more
Been doing some texture practice among my freelance work. Pumped these out this week. Enjoy
Thanks man! Your work keeps getting better and better, good to see you are still at it!
More skywind work :P
This is probably one of the more important "motivational/inspirational" videos I have made, so I wanted to share it with people. Please enjoy, like, comment, and keep making amazing work everyone
That little speel about the amateur artist rang so true about myself at the start of uni; spent a lot of time looking at art & never creating art... but towards the end i threw that mind frame thankfully ^_^.
Zbrush Sculpt of my Erlking Axe. Was going to make him a WoW character, but his lore calls for a more darksiders approach!

Also I have made a tutorial video for this on YouTube so check out my channel for a quick preview and the start of the sculpting process!

Thanks for taking a look at my work man. I agree that I should probably show more (or any) of my anatomy work on polycount. Trust me when I say I have a ton of it, just haven't been showing it. As far as stylized proportions feeling off, I can agree that in a few characters I feel the same and need to work on them more, while others I feel have strong proportions for their respective styles.
It is all a learning process and I still have a ton to learn. I definitely appreciate the critique!
Thanks man!
TUTORIAL!!!! I started the tutorials for my weapon as promised!

Some days you just need to sculpt Every time I watch a video where Day9 says DayKnights I get funny images of a Day9 army in my head. So now I will make a few sculpts to get those characters outta my head!
Thanks a ton man
