Is the workshop extremely broken atm?

Is anyone else having issues with the workshop right now? Sometimes when I select a hero and a slot, then click the geometry there is only a slot for textures, like the button for uploading geometry is just gone. Then on the few times when all the buttons are there my bindings and textures don't import properly, so the item is just floating somewhere random with no textures.

Oh and then sometimes it just crashes dota right after import.
