This is the project I was working on since last month. It's the air grabber from Bioshock Infinite Burial at Sea I was trying to match the concept art (which I would like to post but I couldn't find the artist to give credit) but it turns out a bit different

Can you post a reference ? The form looks kind of strange and out of proportions
What I can tell for sure is that your edges are razor sharp (because your highpoly is way too sharp, you need soft edges, even more soft than real life)
and that you lack edge wear in your textures in general. Edge wear is very important to seperate faces from another without making it look fake.
For the record I do not own any right of the concept art or anything related to the Bioshock trademark.
