3DS Max Particles don't render at angles

Hi there polycount,
I am making a waterfall in 3DS Max but I've run in to an issue that I haven't been able to find on google.
I can render all particles from a more top-down camera angle but when I try to use the low camera angle about half of the particles don't render.

To be specific, the particles that seem to be moving toward the camera more are the problem.

Here is the scene. Checkerboard is simply for reference so you can see the angles better. The particles emit from the rectangular bit, then some collide with the pink deflector.
