Hey all! I know this isn't technically about games, but rather about game development education! (That's good for GD, right?)
Anyway, I'm graduating with a BFA in the Spring and I was looking into some MFA programs. I know most of the jobs I'm looking for really only need the BFA and a kickass portfolio, but back up plans are always good. So, I wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with their MFA in Digital Arts program? From what I can see, it only started in Fall of 2012 so there's not a lot of statistics available. Are degrees from DigiPen still as valuable as they used to be?
Thanks in advance for the info.
Also, more about me if that helps shape your response, I'm looking into doing game concept art (more specifically for environments rather than characters) and already working with a couple clients now.

The only thing I could recommend to 'fall back' on is something that you can use outside of games if need be, like a computer science degree.
This is all you need. Do what will help you get that, and your golden.
