[UDK] Sci-Fi Diner

Hello, I saw this concept in the noob challenge awhile ago and I decided to give it a shot, this is my first environment so I hope I can get advice on anything I can improve on, I hope to get as much done in 2-3 weeks before university

Here is the blockout I have done in Maya

And exported to UDK for scale purposes, let me know if anything doesn't look right

I'm now focusing on certain assets, firstly I'm starting off with the chair

I'm not 100% confident with UV optimization and would like some feedback on this, I hope I've not done anything wrong

EDIT: Also just noticed someone else has started this environment :)

haha wow we're practically in an identical spot. Its looking good! I like the treatment you did with the door entrance and the left wall with benches. Mines just a normal size door and blank wall. Hows the molecularity of your scene? Stuff snapped to the Grid and such?

Thanks, I'll post up the breakdown tomorrow but for modular pieces I have most of the floor modular, apart from the the brown area, I'm not sure how to go about that. Parts of the wall are modular such as the area at the side of the audio speakers, but the rest have their own mesh but I'm planning on a tiling texture for the red bottom part, it looks like it can be repeated and the main wall area looks like it can be tileable. Not sure if that is the best way to go though

The walls and floor is all snapped to the grid, everything inside isn't
