So since my first asset for Hawken released this week I'm going to go ahead and start my Hawken art dump thread. Since it's a perpetual game and I'll be constantly creating and updating content I should be posting up here fairly frequently. The awesome thing about this game is that the turnout for when I finish a task, to when it goes live is pretty fast.
I'm an environment artist but create 3d assets as well so I'll have both environments and assets to update with.
For starters this is the Fred progression skin. Basically once you play as Fred (the starter mech) until a certain level it unlocks the ability to grab this skin. I did the highpoly, lowpoly, and then did a joint texture job with Alan Van Ryzin (polygoo). He took what I did and seriously made it look so much more badass.

Cause it messes with your texture and so on, not trying to be rude or anything
Also the compression you use is really bad, makes it seem blurry.
My first really big contribution to a Hawken map. I'll be posting screenshots of the map after about a week of it's release (which is soon) on here and on my site.
