Max Topology script

Does anybody know of a script that works like the Max topology tool but with more options? It was able to make DBZ style looking craters with the topology it made. I just cant remember where I saw it or what it was called.

I'm not really sure what a DBZ crater looks like, do you have a image, I google "Dragon Ball Z crater" and get pretty wide range of generic looking Anime craters.

There are a few fracture scripts floating around, is that what you're after?
