Not on the highpoly and i´m not sure yet if i´ll have floating geometry on the lowpoly or bake everything into the texture. I guess FWN would make sense for some parts like the armor and helmet.
Thanks for your critic. Yeah i tried to to show some life inside the visor so it´s a simple photo mapped to a head-dummy. After the suit is done i´ll try to make the bust. My inital idea was to make a fairly light suit, but it becomes looking more armored through the padding. I thought the stomach area must be the most stretchable so it is pretty open to movement. Maybe some padding up to the bellybutton will make it look more complete. I´ll try around.
I´ve no experience in the current main-charcter technics. I´ll make some research when i finished my highpoly. Nonetheless i´ll have to do a retopo, but then decide what details will be geometry or bakes.

The lower belly could be covered a bit more with ticker material/padding, looks a bit strange right now.
If you mix decals with "classic" bakes you might get problems with consistency, texel density and style wise.

Visor might looks better with a smoother curve as silhouette from the side, or a more strong edge.
