Portfolio website critique needed

Just finished putting together this site and would like some input on what to do to make it better.
Should I remove stuff? Change anything? Is the site easy to navigate and straight forward?

UHHHHGGGG.. i hate flash website

ALSO but more importantly I dont care what your skills are, how much exsperience you have or anything else about you UNTILL AFTER i see your work. so when I click on your site i should be taken DIRECTLY to your BEST work! AKA move your About stuff to the end.

Also it doesn't do your work any good when you render it on a black background.

Try rendering our stuff in Marmoset's tool bag.

Don't start off on your about/contact page. Employers want to see your work so start off with your best pieces. Avoid having a bunch of wips because they might give the impression that you don't finish. Some of your assets look like they could use some more work on presentation. I'm also not seeing any separation of projects so I'm not sure if they were all for the same thing or not so you might want to break things down a bit for the viewer. Take a look at the individuals who have their artwork on the banner of polycount and take a look at their portfolios for more ideas. Your site looks simple enough to navigate though.

Thank you and yes a lot of people have been telling me the same thing with the about me needing to be last and I have some re-working to do with the models when I get home.

I will have to download Marmoset and check it out.

BTW the grammer if anyone noticed has been fixed

Another thing atm, is not being able to save the pictures, which for me at least is very important.
Also have your website and name written on your images, so people can find back later.

Keep pages consistent, right now the back and forward buttons changes color between "sculpts" and "characters".
One more thing, saying that you have a great sense of humor is a bit weird, since that is very subjective, also everyone finds their own jokes funny

Make your logo and text on top way smaller, like 50% atleast
Also that blue navigation bar is really ugly. Either go with a insane contrast like bright yellow or green or do something more subtle. Also make it a lot thinner.

Theres still a long way to go with the artistic vision, but you seem to have started greatly with the programs which is a huge plus, so just work a lot and you end up with something great. It takes a lot of time and training to get the eye for aesthetics right, but thats how it is
