I don't know how much of a market there is for it but I'd love to see some more stuff for hand painted/diffuse textures like what Tyson Murphy did. His video is great but lately I've been seeing quite a few people use ZBrush to create high resolution models and then bake the AO, cavity, and sometimes color into a diffuse only. Also, I'd be really interested to see the hand painted method but used on an organic character and not so much on hard surface or environment stuff. I think that things within the range of -
Firstkeeper's "Thunder King" - content which was mainly hand painted but she had mentioned that she is starting to incorporate ZBrush into her workflow as a base. (Organic character)

I've found it to be a great baking tool but I've only scratched the surface due to the lack of general training for it.
Autodesk lists Turtle as a major feature that was included with Maya LT.
- Fanny Vergne's "Siege of Ogrimmar" texturing - high poly ZBrush sculpt which is baked down to diffuse only (Environment work)

Edit -Also it might be cool to see some more stylized sculpting like what Bobo did for the Darksider's 2 contest or maybe some Dota2 stuff like Motenai's youtube channel.
