Wireframe Render not Rendering Wireframe Even with Settings Turned On

Hi all,
I'm trying to get a wireframe render setup but for some reason the wireframes aren't rendering. I've got the scene setup on a render layer with an occlusion pass turned on.
I've tried applying the shader onto the models itself but i'm still not getting anything. I've also tried it on a blank scene with just a simple sphere but came up empty. is there something i might've missed?
