Weird lmass shadows

Hi PC, does anyone have had this kind of weird shadows before?,
It looks as if the whole scene were casting the lightning directionally, I mean, the light-tubes should cast in all directions, and this tubes for some reason are emiting light to one side only and generating weird shadows. (Attached pics for reference).
