Her anatomy looks funky to me. I'd widen the hips a bit, tone down the biceps and give her legs more shape (her calves are missing). The face could be softened as well.

yea im seeing a lot of issues with this model. the face needs to be reworked. u have a small image so its hard to tell everything but its lacking some cheeks and the lips are sticking out kinda weird.

the neck seems a bit thin and pushed back but on the last image it looks like it has a neck brace?

the sleeves seem to be sorta baggy but i still some bicep muscles that i dont think should be there.

her ass, i think it is. seems to far down. is the belt hanging on her gluteus?

the arch on the foot is also a bit much exaggerated.

    mind posting some bigger images?

One problem that sticks out the most is that she looks like a plastic toy. I think the biggest factor to that is that the texture of this character is consistent throughout in that she looks perfectly smooth and rubbery. You could avoid such problems by detailing the way her clothes wrinkle/fold and adding texture surfacing.
Another issue is that she's totally off balance. Her head is too far past the alignment of her feet from the side view. It's almost like she's pulling a smooth criminal.

    (ok, it's not THAT bad)
