Zbrush - can you copy over half of a retop mesh?

hey guys i forgot to press the X key when i started retopologizing and didn't realise for a while. Is there anyway to clone/copy over one half to the other? I'm new to Zbrush so bare with me

I'm not sure if there's a better way than this, but you could try duplicating your Adaptive Skin and use the Mirror command in the Deformation sub-palette (part of the Tool palette). Afterward, go back to the SubTool sub-palette, select whichever skin half is highest in the subtool list and choose Merge Down with Weld activated.

If your verts aren't perfectly lined up across the center then you may have to take it into Max/Maya to clean up that center seam.
