What layer plugin or program is this ?

I remember that, but forget the name, it had a funky name. It was being used in a popular tutorial and people went nuts wanting it but it was hard to track down. I also remember that it stopped working with newer versions of max.

But then PJanssen came out with Outliner and everyone forgot about everything else.

Might be the Layermanager comming with Zookeeper - but honestly i'm not totally sure ...
