While I was experimenting with fully dynamic lighting, which I have no choice but to use for the type of scenario I have in mind, I found this really annoying bug (I kicked the number of cascades up to 10 to highlight the problem, though it occurs at all values of 2 or greater at the borders of each cascade) -
I searched the forums and I found
this thread, but they found no solutions. To top it off, Epic said that they were able to reproduce the bug and would work on it. That was over two years ago...
This leads me to assume that a workaround has been found, hence no bug fix (which I would really appreciate to hear if there is a solution ), or Epic just hasn't fixed it. Does anyone know a solution or what's going on?

Keeping Cascade values at 10000, 10, 1 minimizes such artifacts for me but it all depends on the performance/quality you're going after.
