Damn Paskie... If you want tat to work you really need to tone those yellows down That looks really toy-ish right now... Maybe also add some weathering, if that is pieces he found from a keen submarine, it had probably been in the sea for a bit. Right now you almost made him cartoony. And also tone that glow alpha a bit down. Other than that, I thnk it looks pretty cool. Very different direction that most other tide sets, but actually fits him pretty well. Good job^^
Great tips! I snatched the colorsscheme from Tinker, but i do agree it's i too yellowish. There is weathering on most of the parts but the texturelimitations are really hard for Tide so it does not translate well. I'll put some more on it and see if it will show. And of course, the self-illumination needs the be smaller or none at all. Need to figure out to make it look like glass.
i think you should invest more time into your assets, the cauldron looks like super messy, not like hammered metal messy, just messy as in sloppy sculpted.

That is 20 minutes of zbrush time and I'm trying to decide whether i should use one with a mouth of not. Just wanted to make some details to see if would look good or not.

Well you can always make the face the polycount logo.
Highpoly is done on the CK mount. Will not be able to submit this one before deadline obviously, but I'll finish it and submit since I think it looks pretty good.
