Hey Sharc, i was "this" close to grabbing this set from you. I had just finished my pugna set, which didn't get too much interest, other than the nether ward. But then valve added 2 new sets for Pugna. I think that may be a reason why there's less interest in this set right now. I think the concept is really well done and solid though, i just started a lich set so i cant at the moment but im sure someone will pick this up. You should work on some new stuff though, your stuffs definitely getting better!
Sketched up some ideas for a Clockwerk set while I was at work, I'll probably make things look more interesting when I get around to doing a colored paint over version (Will probably tweak things like the weapon). Also in the process of Revamping the Ogre Magi set, I'll have pictures up later.
Hell of a bump, but hoping things will go different this time around. Looking for a reliable modeller to collab with since I've had too many agree to collab then cancel and I'm sure these items would make it in game if I could find somebody interested in making them.
Finished the modeling on the clockwerk hook. Made a few small additions and changes here and there to accommodate the tri-count limitations. Left is High poly and right is low poly + normal map. Thoughts so far?

hey man, I like that clockwerk weapon! but I feel like the screw head and wires could have been made a little more noticeable, like you probably won't really see them in game. just an observation I made, really nice concepts though
Yeah Sadly they really weren't visable at all in-game, so i'm gonna start over on the model as it didn't really fit with clockwerk's overall design anyway. Might just give up on it for now and do some new bloom stuff if anyone has some concepts going? More likely that it'd get accepted that way.
Changed my mind, redid the model. Scrapped the wires and replaced them geometry for the bolts so they stand out a lot better. Also rescultped the handle so it doesn't look so clean.
Anyone know how to create the mask1/mask2 textures needed for the game or wanna do them for me? reading up on them and its just going way over my head.
Thanks for the links, actually quite helpful! Although someone might still have to help me on them though as texturing isn't really my strong point plus having the time is a problem too.

Just wondering are you making the full set or just the weapon because if i can recall i think valve does not accept single items anymore. Do correct me if i am wrong.
Did a warm up to get back into the groove of things with a little WIP of Restless Draugr v2. Undying's probably still a little while's away from being workshop ready unfortunately.
I could have a crack at this once the concept is done, if you want? Undying's model was broken down a few months back so he is pretty much workshop ready now.
