Importing Animation to UDK

I have seen in projects, that people use animations from other games...
Now my question is, how would one do this? I myself would like to use an animation from Battlefield: Bad Company 2, but I don't know how to get the animation. Are any programs needed? I'd appreciate help! Thanks...

I don't know where you have seen this. It would be nearly impossible to take animations out of a game and put it on something else, and on top of that probably frowned upon by most people.
