Cintiq touch

Hello , dunno if I can ask that here ... if not forgive meand delete this message....

But I was wondering if anyone knows or thinks what possible nw products could arrive for the cintiq type .... I'd really like a touch and perhaps even wireless cintiq 20 -22 but the 24 is way oversized and overpriced for me ... so I was waiting and hoping ... but I can't find any news on future plans from Wacom ....

I can't talk for the maybe upcoming smaller size version, but the 24 touch is pure gadget.

Touch functionality are reduced to a few gestures, akin to the kind of function you can assign to express keys, they're not really responsive and you'vve got to lift your pen off the tablet to use touch function, as soon as the pen is near the surface touch is deactivated.

This also means if you like to lift your pen abit often but keep your hand on the tablet you may trigger action with your palm/hand !

Completely useless and half assed.
I've got a regular 24hd but wouldn't go for the touch even if I had no cintiq (btw I still prefer to use an intuos over a cintiq for ergonomic reasons).

I have a regular 24 as well and didn't think the touch warranted an extra grand. It seems, based on user reviews, I was right.

This tablet screen is exactly what I need ! O_O ! The wireless seems quite laggy though

So you mean that the touch version of the cintiq is crap ?

Whats that video tablet tough? Is not something like a cintiq ?

its a wacom tech powered touchscreen ,that can work wireless

though i can only guess that bluetooth isn't fast emoigh for lagless work
