Hey Polycount Community!
This is my first post and i want to show you my first "bigger" 3d hp model in 3ds max. I hope you like it and can give some critiques and suggestions for what i can do better!
really looks nice, but its a little hard to see whats going on because of your images.
maybe you could do some more contrasty renders.
also I think you can go up higher with your imagessize (in pixels and jpeg-quality).
Thank you very much, fab-camp!
I sharpened the pictures and adjusted the contrast a little bit. It should be better now. 1920px x 1080px should be enough?
are you going to texture that ship? I think if you would like to have it as a portfolio-piece for example it would really be worth the extra-work.
maybe also check out some other presentation-renders of highpoly-modelling here on polycount.
also could be helpfull to post some close-up wireframes, so people can tell more about your modelling techniques. like edgeflow and so on.
