Please help me out, just got back into 3d animation!

Hello.
I was looking at animation videos and finally started to use my 3d max program again but here's the problem, i completely forgot how to use it!

I just made a biped but i want to know how to select both items (arms for example), and have the rotate in opposite directions! please help.

You made a biped... did you rig it? You need to set up a rig in order to get proper controls and rotations.

However if you want to do some animation why not use a free rig like the Morpheus rig?

Sry if i'm mistaken, but wasnt Morpheus for Maya?
I did a quick check on the site, but didnt find anything, really...

Oh yea it might be. I am sure there are some free ones out there for 3DS Max as well.
