2D RPG Android Game - sprites needed (Unpaid)
We are a small group looking for some help with completing 2D sprites for an Android phone RPG. The game has most of its functionality already, but we are lacking in art assets. There is plenty of room for creativity and we would be glad to hear any suggestions you have for the game.
The game's story will be focused around various side stories instead of the main plot to make it easier to progress in short bursts of gameplay. The game is designed to retain compatability with updated versions, so that the story and gameplay can gain new content after release while still being able to connect to previous versions. There is also a unique battle system and elements are paired with weapons, which unlock magic spells when upgraded. Players will be able to customize their own level to grind on, share with friends, etc. The overall intent is to encourage excessive grinding and collecting that becomes easier when playing with friends.
The art we're looking for will need to:
resemble Pokemon sprite quality when outside of battle
resemble Disgaea 4 sprite quality when in battle
be .png file(s)
be drawn to scale of the player's character
The game is intended to be free, so this is not a paying role(s), but we will credit your work in the game.
