Hello ladies and gents!

My name is Chris and while I've always been a user of this site, I've never had an account until now. This first post is more so an art dump of some past work, so that anything I post afterwards can be all caught up.

I'm really looking forward to learning as much as I can; so, if you have any comments/criticisms, I'd love to hear them. I really appreciate honesty and I love to learn, so be brutal if you feel necessary. Thanks!

@ Bummer6: Thanks for the comp! I was thinking about modeling her out all 3D-like. You're right though, compared to the torso her legs could be extended a bit. Or thinned out maybe.

Experimenting with things lately, here's a thing.

Took a first crack at sketching on my new tablet today. Pretty fun, definitely need to tinker with the brush settings some more to get the right feel.

Love symmetrical work like your last one! What software did you use?

Thanks! It was my first time drawing on the Samsung Galaxy tablet and I used the Sketchbook Pro App. The pen pressure works well for pencil tool, but not so hot with brushes.

Oh! Didn't even think that this king of art could even be made on a tablet... should definitely lurk moar around those things now that I know that...
At first I thought about Alchemy for the symmetric design but there's no soft brush in there...
