I need to change the size of one of my characters but it has a fully skinned biped and morph target heads. Is it possible to change both the size of the character along with the heads without destroying any of my work?
Yeah, try the Rescale World Units tool, in the Utility panel. You might need to set your model into its default "bind" pose, and disable the Skin modifier, before scaling. If that causes errors, try saving the weights, deleting the Skin modifier, scaling the model, reapplying Skin, and reloading the weights.
It's best to set up the scale properly before rigging. Some game exporters let you set a scale parameter on export or import, worth a look if this applies to you.
