Hello,
as a junior 3d artist I try to continually improve my portfolio.
(Works, images arrangement, ...)
And I would like to have your opinion and maybe your advices.
I know that some things can be better,
but you know, it's good sometimes to have an external eye.
To see the things differently.
And actually looking for work, I would really like to improve it.
Thanks in advance.

Generally you should gear your website to the jobs you want, and you are surely a junior environment/prop artist.
Aim for just one or two "folder", rather than WIPS, Hi polys etc.
I know its tempting to show everything in your page, but stick to your strongest work, the environments in you case.
I you want to show the cannon, finish it.
The shield is an eyesore. Everything else ranges from good to very good
Nice little portfolio website you've got there.
At the moment I don't think you're top priority should be the arrangement of your images, rather you should practice and keep improving.
From the work seen on your website, I particularly like the environmental piece of that Old England building. Good job on that .
Regarding your game assets: I think you need to focus a bit more on creating richer textures. I find the ones you have now to be kind of flat and lacking light and color variation. The wooden structure with the lamp would be so much better if you add a bit more color variation to the texture. Right now it is quite monotone.
Also, better lighting would improve the presentation of your work.
There are a lot of learning resources around the forum and I would also recommend 3DMotive's Hand Painted Weapon Texturing tutorial, because they cover the basics which would be very helpful to you.
Nice work and hope to see some more stuff .
thanks for feedbacks.
But what do you think that the shield is an eyesore ?
I know that it can be better, improve lights, colours, ...
But can you explain, with more details please.
Thanks.
I agree with the other guys
I really like the old England work too, loving the intricate details and would love to see it textured!
