Quick Zbrush Texturing Question.

I understand Zbrush allows its users to use both Alpha maps (for sculpting detail) and Polypaint colour at the same time, allowing you to paint and sculpt at once instead of having to go back and paint after the sculpt is done.

My question is, is it possible to Use Alpha maps for sculpting + texture maps at the same time? My goal is to create an alpha map and a texture map in Photoshop for detailing so that I can sculpt and paint texture details on my mesh at once, is this possible?
