3D ENVIRONMENT ARTIST
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Produce high quality, modular environments sing Maya or 3D Max, zBrush and Photoshop (or equivalent 3D and 2D programs)
- Produce Texture Maps for the set environment Artwork
- Meet production schedules and deadlines
- Communicate with the Art Director, Game Designer and Concept Art team to deliver artwork in appropriate quality and style
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-4+ Years of Industry Experience in game development modeling and texturing of various Environment elements using Maya or 3D Max, zBrush and Photoshop (or equivalent 3D and 2D programs)
- An exceptional understanding of and a keen eye toward form, shape, structure, and silhouette in regard to modeling
- Good eye for light, shade, color, and detail in creating texture maps
- Self-motivation, good communications skills, and a great team-player attitude
- Understanding of Modular Environment methodology
- Fluent verbal and written English Skills
- Proven problem-solving / prototyping ability
- Love and passion for video games
PLUSES:
- Experience with the Unreal Engine pipeline regarding 3D Assets
- Shipped title using Unreal technology
- 5+ Years of Industry experience
3D HARDSURFACE & VEHICLE ARTIST
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Produce high quality, hard surface sci-fi vehicles sing Maya or 3D Max, zBrush and Photoshop (or equivalent 3D and 2D programs)
- Produce Texture Maps for the set vehicle artwork Artwork
- Meet production schedules and deadlines
- Communicate with the Art Director, Game Designer and Concept Art team to deliver artwork in appropriate quality and style
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ Years of Industry Experience in game development modeling and texturing using Maya or 3D Max, zBrush and Photoshop (or equivalent 3D and 2D programs)
- Good understanding of Sci-fi Vechicle Techical Designs
- An exceptional understanding of and a keen eye toward form, shape, structure, and silhouette in regard to modeling
- Good eye for light, shade, color, and detail in creating texture maps
- Self-motivation, good communications skills, and a great team-player attitude
- Fluent verbal and written English Skills

CONCEPT ARTIST
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate concept art digitally in order to communicate the artistic direction of environments pertaining to a game
- Generate concept art at multiple levels: thumbnails, sketches, color comps, show pieces, loading screens, UI elements, diagrams, and visual representations
- Meet production schedules and deadlines
- Work closely with Art Director to develop concept artwork that defines the overall look and art style for the game
- Work with Art Director to illustrate specific game elements and settings with regard to both their aesthetic qualities and functional needs
- Actively participate in concept art and project meetings
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-4+ years of industry experience
- Experience working in the pre-production aspects of game development
- Exceptional understanding of human and creature anatomy
- Superior eye for light, value, composition, color, staging, and detail in environmental design
- Experience with the creation/design for sets or environments
- Able to carry an idea from the conceptual phase to a finished illustration
- A keen eye for shape, form, structure, and silhouette in regard to illustration and design
- Strong traditional art background including lighting, shading, color theory, etc.
- Strong Photoshop or Painter skills
- Creative passion for video games
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Work/respond well under pressure
- Ability to think critically and apply analytical skills in resolving complex issues
- Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and motivation
- Quick mastery of proprietary tools and development processes
- Ability to take direction and criticism
- Meet deadlines designated for team projects
- Professionalism and the ability to function well within a team
