Hi! I have baked out my normal map in Xnormal and I have had a lot of trubble with them... They do not work correctly in 3d Studio max with the Xoliul shader. But the same normal map work great in mudbox. What am I doing wrong in 3d Studio max? I have tried to flip the green but it doesn´t help...

I see you are using 2013, there were some problems with max, so make sure to download and install the latest version of xoliul wich fixes that.
if it's still the same, like in my case it doesn't want to load the 2013.fx file for some reason, open up a DirectX material, and manually load that fx file.
The screenshot in the first post shows ONE side flipped.
