Hey guys, I've been wanting to do a female character for a while now and got inspired by the zombie mixamo stuff. I wanted to make sure I also learn't my anatomy as well so before making the zombie, I decided to do a proper base mesh which I can work on top of.
Here is a working concept sheet to get some idea of where to go.

    Not an expert here, but I think...
    - too big feet
    - body is too long; or arms and legs too short. (hands should reach below crotch area, maybe like almost mid thigh)
    - longer legs make women look cooler (IMO)
    - looks very masculine
    - and maybe adjust her face a little bit ? seems pretty wide. (I prefer egg-shape face, than round face. It's also so in your concept too)

    Overall good start but there are some anatomical details that you could check. The origin and attachments of the quadriceps, especially above the patella, the patella itself (compare to female knee caps), gastrocnemius (calves) has two heads and a separation should be visible (it appears there is a hint of separation), forearms (extensors and flexors) origins and flow appear a bit off, the clavicle should have an "S" shape and it appears as though it is more straight in your model (but I can't tell for sure given the render angle), and the area where the pecs, biceps, and front delts overlap appears off. Check the flow of the traps and lats--it is hard to confirm from the render. Are those ribs visible as opposed to the anterior serratus--external obliques? You are using an 8-head model apparently. The posture appears generally correct. You may want to bend lower arms forward more so not so stiff and straight. Won't comment on head/face as you noted still WIP.

    @Barbarian - thank you for the feedback, i will try and fix those as soon as possible. yes they are external obliques, do they read more as ribs?

    The torso is way too long and the legs are way too short. Moving the crotch up several inches would help. The musculature looks good though.

    Hey guys, its been a while since I've posted on here. Finally had some time to work on this character again, however I have decided to change the idea. I was thinking 50's housewife (Betty Draper - Madmen) meets Goth Punk (Girl with a dragon tattoo). I have the full anatomy sculpt done, so to kill two birds with one stone, I am also going to use this as anatomy work for my portfolio.

    Before I dress the character, I am struggling between two designs for the hair. Let me know what you guys think. I do want the character to have neck tattoos and piercings. I will post some concept of this later.
