Does anyone know how to do a Hologram material in UDK?

I'm making a computer and on the monitor I would like to have an image that shows some kind of disruptive lines on it that has some timing like if the monitor was failing. Anyways, here's an image of my computer with the normals, still working on the materials and if anyone knows a tutorial it would be greatly appreciated, that or any critic. Oh and I separated the Uvs of the computer in one and the monitor, mouse and keyboard in the other.

there's a variety of things you could do. Perhaps try a horizontal version of something like this:

That actually helped a lot sprunghunt, it's exactly what I was looking for. I'm still learning about masks and materials for UDK so all of this is good stuff
