Old man bust; learning game res pipeline

Hey polycount, I'm working on learning to create game resolution models from high poly sculpts. So far I have my sculpted head:

and a first attempt at baking a normal map to a lower poly version:

My goal is to have it fully mapped (spec, diff, normal) and textured in the Unity engine.

Any pointers on how I should improve the high poly before moving forward?
