Hi I downloaded the macro in the main first post in this topic, its the latest updated one? Thanks a lot for that hard work , I have created also a macro in the past for WM2.2 based off the coastal overlay display adding seascape , snow , snow flow and glaciers controls, having to make something more icelandic , but urs is way more advanced as it uses the new features of the textures, now my problem with ur macro though is that the output terrain is extremely dark , I am not sure what doing wrong I lowered to bottom the sun contrast and seemed to help a bit , I created new grayscale texture for the height as seemed to inflence the texture of the moutnains but didn't help much ....
Woudl it be possible to implement a corrispondence of what influecnes what in the textures u uploaded and implemented?
Bah. I'm having the same problem that a few people have had, but I can't figure out if it's solved. I have the macro set up as described in the original post, but I'm not seeing the colors in the preview get updated. My preview is still just dark gray.

As usual, I answered my own question minutes after asking it. For others who are not seeing the macro colors in their preview, put an Overlay View output at the end of your chain.
OK, now I'm having the same problem as PhobosMoon. No matter what I do, everything is covered in snow, with some small areas peeking through. I tried the clamp node, with no success. Anyone know what's going on here?:
Anyone succeded in snow problem solution? Some advice on this issue will be much appreciated.

Strangely the problem disappeared once I put the Overlay folder and all uploaded files to default C/: directory. Dunno why this works but it helped me, hope it helps you guys also.
This looks incredibly good, thank you very much for sharing!
I've tried to get this working for about 2 hours and I'm slowly getting insane
Could you please explain how to get the splatmap out of this? I don't know if I'm just too stupid or if it's really that complicated. Would be much appreciated!
Hi, does anybody have the original version 1.0 macro file because I find the new macro too complex and many features are unnecessary as CryEngine does not support terrain bummaps/normalmaps and I just want something a simple as coastal overlay.

Big thx for the macro!
I was having the same issue as people above with the snow issue, I just plugged in my heightfield into the flow map section and it solved the issue.
Give it a go and see how you go!

Has anyone found a fix?
I am getting alright results with the GeoShape Macro (see below) but I have not found a suitable way to combine them with the Slatmaps method.
