anyway.... even if we like or dislike it. shouldn't you ask the client about it? it is for them in the end and they have to decide if it's good enough or not and if anything what needs to change.
I agree with Hardballer, but would also add that there's not really much to critique. Without knowing the style of the game, or from what angles/distances this would be viewed, it's a little hard to say how well it will work.
The model itself is okay, although being a "very low poly" model, there seems to too much geometry in the hands/feet, while other areas like the face seem a little poorly defined.
If I were you, I'd start a thread in P&P (or maybe just a post in the low poly thread) and include a shot of your wireframes as well as bit of background on how the model will be used - I think you'll get much more useful feedback that way...
