Preview dds in browser?

Hi is it possible throught some plugins or something esle to be able to see minipicture of dds and psd files ? Just like in windows you do with other images ... atm I can only see some Icon of a blank paper ...

Actually I'd recommend using XnView. It doesn't integrate into the shell, but it's a MUCH better image browser than Windows Explorer is, and I personally find it faster (it also creates thumbnail caches in a specific area, rather than dumping thumbs.db files everywhere)

It's packed with TONS of features, too. I prefer it over Irfanview. And yes, it preview DDS fine.

The dds plugin allows me to see textures in ps but not outside and doesnt work for all dds for some weird reason ... Also the windos doesnt preview psd as well...

With Sagethumbs and Ghostscript it does.
I think Sagethumbs is almost on par with MysticThumbs despite being free.

MysticThumbs doesn't even load some of the texture correctly, even with the latest fixes.

Go with Sagethumbs.

+1 on XnView, love that little sucker for all image viewing related. Especially if you need to batch resize, adjust images.

Just a warning

The current version of Sagethumbs is "incompatible" with Windows 8 start screen (Metro) all metro icons disappears if it is installed on the system.
If you are using windows 8, have Sagethumbs or another similar program installed and realized that the start screen don't work well, uninstall it and you will have the start screen up and running again.
