like the concept, looks really amazing. Maybe change the front part of the armor to have the two large teeths attached on the lower part(currently on the upper part). I know thats not how it normally looks like on such skulls, but doom himself has larger teeth at the bottom side. So I think that could a really small but nice detail, without changing the look too much. Either way can't wait to see it ingame.
The chest armor feels really Gurren-Lagann inspired, intentional? Also there's a distinct lack of greys in the concept. Do you plan to go back and detail with the colors, or just alter the palette for your design to include more yellow and less/no metal?
Starcofski: The concept was inspired by Thai Demon Statues. I do see the Gurren Lagann resemblance now that you pointed it out.
We are still working on the colors but we'll keep the primary red and add gray/black to areas that needs better separations. We might stay with the yellow for accent colors but that's still undecided.

Texture colors are still being adjusted and finalized. All items are within the LOD0 poly limit. Sword will be done on the next update.
