Image viewers!

Hey guys! I'm looking for a very specific image viewer that a coworker had at one point. It allowed him to keep it always on top BUT it also had transparency on the window itself as well as the ability to thumb through multiple images. Anyone have got a bead on that sucka?

IfranView maybe, although that will require fiddling with the options alot.

Don't know about transparency, I know there is cthruview, http://cthruview.sourceforge.net/ , which can do that, but don't know if it does multiple images. I usually just use XnView, and never needed a function like that.
