Good free online art classes?

Hi everone. I'm taking stock of my skillset and have found that I have no clue about color theory. My dydnamic poses aren't dynamic, and composition is seriously lacking. I'm seriously wanting to improve.

Are there any free self paced online art classes that would be worth my time?
I need the self paced classes because I'm already in school full time earning a Computer Informatin Technology degree and working 2 jobs. My time is unfortunaely sparse.
