First time posting here for a long long time. And first character in almost as long.
I'm working from one of the D3 character concepts. Any feedback as I work through it would be amazing as I'm quite rusty when it comes to stuff like this. I'm not being 100% literal with the proportions mainly drawing from the concepts design and feel.

The head looks smaller on the concept. It's not really a problem now, but maybe with the helmet it will looks too big on your model.
i didn't have much more time to work on it today but here is a small update.
DESMOND: Do you mean I should change the design of the helmet from the concept when I get to it? if so I agree it's a little cheesy but in a way I like it. Paladins tend to be a little absurd and almost a parody of themselves in my eyes which can give them some charm but maybe that's just me. I do plan on sculpting the face and hair so I can have a cooler version without the helmet.
Texelion: I think I agree. Initially I had it closer to the concept but because of the proportions I'm using for the arms and shoulders it looked a little weird. But maybe i went too far. You are right though, its not going to be obvious until i build the helmet and massage the rest of the forms.
