But my only issue is that I'm not sure if there is a real time render of your environment posted here. And usually the more angles of a real time render, the better I think
I agree about the DoF, it definitly need some work. By placed lights, I used Vray Sun. Should I use something else? (I'm quite new to V-ray, we didn't learn it where I study).
Pancakes, I'm quite new to the english terms used in the field of 3D. By real time, do you mean clean, untouched render fresh out of 3DS MAX? If so, here it is:

Oh allright xD Do you have any quick tutorial I could follow to do this? I have unity installed on my comp but hardly touched it. I'm completely open to try this!
The free version of Unity does not cast shadows by default. It may be harder getting a scene looking great.
I am glad you are 'completely open to this' because learning a game engine is completely up to you.
