The metal feels as if it's made out of glossy elephant leather. You wanna be more subtle with the wear and tear on an object. You use the blade of an axe to chop stuff, and the spike to... kill zombies?... Anyway, that's where you wanna put most of the wear and tear.
You also wanna put in some points for your eyes to rest, at the moment it's just noise really. And play around with some different hues, at the moment it feels like 2 solid colors with a normal map applied.

Also... you an add images and text in the same post.. and you don't need to make a new topic for each image...
but you still have to get your texture work a lot better... specularity in metal is way different from wood, and yours seems to be just a desaturated diffuse.
metal doesnt need so much normal information, a good specular sells metal way better than normals.
