Can someone help me, I need to know how to remove these lines... like make the whole model smooth

Smooth your normals. I'm not too familiar with 3DSMax but in Maya you'd go Normals>Soften Edge

That looks like subd model with too much subdivisions on edges but cant see very good because of bad image quality,use smoothing groups to smooth the model.
