Quikc update, changed the proportions to fit the WoW style a little better, and changed the veins and inset gems to a green hue to add some color variance.
Hi! I don't quite understand Image 1, showing the lowpoly with the square insets. Is it missing a modifier? To troubleshoot, I would apply modifiers and check the resulting topology and UVs. If you want another pair of eyes, could zip meshes/problematic area and attach the file to a post.

When he inset the letters/number (01:20:30 into the tutorial) the edges of my number overlaps which afterwards creates a weird shape when I push out the outside edges and chamfer the number afterwards. Yours is a bit taller than the concept - pretty much caused by that extra screw. There seems to be some odd pinching around the inset screws. (The screws are flush in the concept...)
It seems like your normal map is inverted on the hexagon pattern, at least I remember those being insets when I saw the highpoly earlier in the thread?
Thanks mate, It says VTX on the other side :) I'm thinking someone at BioWare chose that text because it mirrors. I plan to sculpt in that inset curve in 3D Coat.
