3DS Max skin weighing plugins?

Can anyone recommend good skinning plugins (paid or free) for 3ds max.

Game character weighting in mind, something to just manage the scene better etc..

Ktools has 2 great plugs that convert to skin data. Deltamush to skin and weights pro 2(I think it's called) both paid but worth it.

3dsMax now has voxel skinning and heatmap.
It also has deltaMush in DCM.
You don't need plugins.

For a few versions now but the data can't be exported to UE4, I believe. Ktools plugins data is converted to regular skinning data.

Voxel skinning is just a way to set weight. The result is same as usual skinning.
DeltaMush can not be exported.
Is there any tool which can export deltaMush?

Ktools delta mush to skin converts the data.

Is Weights Pro 2 obsolote with Max's new skinning system?

Straight Max (and Maya) have all I need, for most jobs. There have been a few models that using other plug-ins for Maya would have made it easier but the hassle of getting those installed and adding them to the overall pipeline is too much friction.

When I was in max, I was using BonesPro which helped get some really good default skin weights and had some good tools for tweaking weights. I was using it for games so I didn't use some of its more advanced deformation helpers because those don't export. A lot of what it does converts to skin pretty well but the cost vs benefit doesn't outweigh the newer tools like geodesic voxel skinning.
