Desired target formats are, but not limited to:
The 500 triangle "appreciation club" still exists, but for player models this is now somewhere in the sub-1000 triangle range.

Oops! I didn't realize that you were shooting to "ultra" low poly. You're right, those characters are between 1,000 - 2,000 polys apiece. Here are some 400-500 poly characters:
