It's not always adding a value of .004 that solves it. With the other meshes it ranges between .001 and .008. With one I had to subtract .02 ! I'm baffled by all this, but having a workaround is still a huge thing for me! Thanks again @Obscura ! :)

I use D'Addario but haven't tried the chromes. Any good? I use the .009 super light gauge on my Ibanez. My friend with the PRS uses .008 gauge on his, I thought he was crazy but it actually works really well.
robertg: Thanks man, you and me also! I'm feeling like I'm becoming a lot more efficient, I doubt I'm showing much improvement in the final piece but the blockout phase is getting a lot quicker and more consistent :D Thanks for stopping by :) #008
